Day 1: Greeting

Puces d’Aligre Marche aux Puces (flea market and covered market) is open until 2:00PM on Tuesdays. If you’re interested in old wares and antiques, it’s worth a visit. Contact us for more information.
3:00PM: Kickoff in 12th Arrondissement (Location TBC)

Day 2: Start your writing journey

Day 3: Immerse yourself

Embark on a literary walking tour.Â
- Visit Shakespeare and Company, Luxembourg Gardens, Bibliotheque Mazarine for inspiration
- In each gorgeous site, we’ll undertake 1-2 Writing Pomodoros, calling on the spirit of great writers who’ve gone before us
Reflection, group sharing, closing meditation
Evening
Free evening to explore Paris or take a creative break, optional meet up in a local cafe or winebar
Optional evening stroll in Rue Cler, located next to the lit-up Eiffel Tower
Day 4: Last day in Paris, Journey to Quercy

Welcome dinner
Paris is a city best explored by foot. Ideally you’ll be comfortable walking through the city streets. Paris is largely flat so makes for easyish walking, metro staircases and cobblestones are a feature.
We’ll also take the Paris metro. If walking is not your preference, you’ll be able to take alternative forms of transport and meet the group at the intended destination.

Day 4-6: Greeting the Weekend in Quercy–Medieval Markets and Writing
Medieval towns and markets - what could be better?
We'll take our writing into the field over the weekend, enabling you to experience life as the locals live.
The afternoons are perfectly suited for lazing around the pool, sightseeing, or experiencing one of the many activities available in Quercy.
Day 7-10: Creative Adventures
A whole week of writing. What a gift you're giving yourself.
Up early to write, group creative exercises, 1:1 writing mentoring sessions, group sharing.Â
Masterclasses on how to design accompanying podcasts and other resources.
Facilitated structuring, sharing and feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement
Regional bookstore event.
Enjoy breakfast at your leisure, chef-created lunches and dinners, the opportunity to experience the best of Quercy via sight-seeing and a multitude of activities.
A sumptuous final dinner will be held on Thursday 28 May
Day 11: Bon Voyage - Last day of the Retreat
A new Beginning wrapped up in an Ending.
Amazement at all that's been accomplished will be the overriding emotion as you depart this bucket-list adventure.
Incredible progress made on this grand adventure will propel you home and support your ongoing writing and creativity achievements.
